  • AnyProfit is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Magento, or any third-party platform. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

3. Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Some Services require a paid subscription. Pricing and plans are described on our website.

  • Payments are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan).

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, but fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

  • We may change pricing or features with notice.

5. Refund Policy

  • We offer a 14-day refund guarantee on new subscriptions if you are not satisfied with the Services.

  • Refund requests must be submitted to Support@anyprofit.io within 14 days of your initial purchase.

  • After the 14-day period, all fees are non-refundable, including partially used subscription periods.

  • Exceptions may be made if required by applicable law.

6. Data & Privacy

  • By using the Services, you grant us permission to access and process your sales data for the purpose of providing analytics.

  • We do not sell or share your data with unaffiliated third parties without your consent.

  • If you decide to stop using the Services or disconnect your account, all of your data will be securely deleted from our systems within a reasonable period of time, unless retention is required by law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

  • Profit calculations and analytics are based on available data and may not always reflect exact results.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnyProfit shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the past 6 months.

12. Termination & Disconnection

  • You may stop using the Services or disconnect your account at any time.

  • Upon disconnection or termination by you, we will not retain your personal or business data, except where legally required. All associated records will be deleted from our systems within a reasonable timeframe.

  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

13. Governing Law
